Our granola is slightly sweet, savory and satisfying. We start with Gluten-free oats, organically sourced almonds and walnuts, and toss them with a little maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil and savory spices. Each batch is made with fresh ground nutmeg, because there’s no substitute for fresh ground nutmeg. Like all our products, we slow roast our granola and therefore it’s never overcooked or dry. We love to eat it with farm fresh berries and non-dairy yogurt, but our favorite is straight out of the bag after a long cross-country ski.
