Reason 1.  Pumpkin seeds have an impressive nutrient profile. They’re a fantastic source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, such as zinc, unsaturated fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants, all of which reduce disease risk factors.

Diets rich in pumpkin seeds are associated with a reduced risk of breast, prostate, lung, colon, and stomach cancers.
