Our simple almonds are a game changer for almond lovers. Once you taste them you many never want to eat regular almonds again. Some say they are astonishing, and we would agree! What’s most fascinating is they have “simply” gone through our soaking and slow roasting process. Nothing more. And yet the transition from a raw almond to our Simple Almonds can feel dramatic.

They are slightly sweet and of course have our signature crunch. We love to eat them by the handful for an energizing snack, but we also love them in smoothies, chopping them up on salads, and they can even be used in baked goods. One thing we really love is making them into a nut butter.  

Almonds are high in fiber and protein and offer an array of micronutrients. They are heart healthy, high in protein and loaded with micronutrients and vitamin E.

2 tablespoons maple syrup
